2.3 Single Account Policy. Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. 2.5 KYC Verification. gt777 may at any time require you to submit identification documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) for KYC compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. gt777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.2 You must notify gt777's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. gt777 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
3.3 gt777 staff will never request your password via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent attempt and reported immediately.
3.4 Account sharing — permitting another person to access or use your Account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limitations of that payment provider. gt777 reserves the right to require additional documentation for withdrawals to payment methods that differ from the deposit source.
4.6 AML Compliance. gt777 operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any transaction that triggers AML review may be held pending investigation. gt777 reserves the right to file reports with relevant financial intelligence authorities where required by applicable law.

5.2 Bets accepted in error — including those arising from obvious pricing errors, technical faults or system malfunctions — may be voided by gt777 at its sole discretion. gt777 will notify affected players and return staked amounts where a bet is voided.

5.4 Casino game outcomes are determined by either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by physical randomisation mechanisms in live dealer games. gt777 does not interfere with game outcomes.
5.5 gt777 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on any game or bet type. Where a bet or series of bets results in a win exceeding the applicable maximum, gt777 will pay out up to the stated maximum limit.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers ("Promotions") are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each Promotion. These specific terms (including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games and minimum odds) supplement and take precedence over this general clause in the event of inconsistency.

11.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting gt777 support. Account closure does not affect obligations arising from bets placed prior to closure. Any remaining Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gt777's operating entity. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through gt777's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in gt777's operating licence.
